Didn't have to wait too long for routine maintenance. I've had bad luck with Service Departments at dealer's in the past (overfilling oil, stripping oil pan nut, breaking connectors, etc) and the advisor assured me that all would be taken care of in proper fashion. First visit, and will plan on going back at this point.
