Most unethical unscrupulous dealership I have ever been to. I sold cars for almost twenty years and have never seen anyone abused their customers the way this dealership does. I dealt with the general manager. Talk about a bait and switch with hidden fees everywhere. Two different contracts both of them hiding the fact they were overcharging for everything. Absolutely do not recommend this company. They sent us a quote to buy a car with fees already added in clearly on the bottom of this quote it says price before tax TOTAL before tax. AND WHEN WE WENT TO TAKE THEM UP ON IT, THEY SENT US A NEW QUOTE THAT WAS LITERALLY $5000 MORE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SLIMY SALESMAN. PLEASE TURN AROUND AND DON’T WORK WITH THEM!

Be cautious! Don’t look to purchase a vehicle from Allen Honda, the sales staff are dishonest and their vehicle pricing online and on the sticker is deceptive, the price listed is thousands less than the actual price they are selling the vehicle for. Management does not admit wrong doing and they claim the customer is responsible to know which questions to ask if they want to find out what the real purchase price is. Riddle me this: I made an appointment for a known recall/SB 20-058 for Honda Odyssey's 18-20. Appointment was at 10am. We drop the van off minutes prior to appointment. We spend the next 5 hours doing random things around town waiting to hear from Allen Honda. We never do. We stop by and I ask for an update...very politely.
