Would not recommend a place that a scammer by the name of Wesley Turner that works at.

The owner that runs the places pat allen rice is nosey into everyone’s business just like her son John. Honda’s aren’t that great of cars in general honestly.

Sold us a car that had hidden engine damage. Found out about it 2 months after the warranty expired but well under the milage warranty. Car is now un-driveable and we are insanely upside down on it. Was told it wouldn't matter and there was nothing they could do. Was told someone would reach out soon to talk about trade in possibilities and no one ever reached out. I have had bad experiences with Allen Honda in the past and decided to give them another opportunity. I went back looking at some used vehicles for my daughter in which most were in the service department still and could not look at them. Working with a salesman is like working with someone who has no wiggle room with prices. Each time I have been I didn’t ask for much off but was told no each time. Allen Honda is the definition of bait-and-switch. They advertise low prices, then tack on thousands in hidden fees once you’re ready to buy. The sales team is dishonest and shady, and the parts department is disorganized and rude. The GM deflects blame and refuses to take accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with anything—not even directions. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ A friend drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle here today. Thru informed the dealership of their intent to buy. When they got to the paperwork (they had their own financing) the dealership added a $4500 line item for “accessory package”. SO DISHONEST‼️ They would not honor the advertised price.

Extremely poor management selling cars with safety recalls and no information to consumer. The GCM level has no courtesy of honoring what his management has offered. They eat back their words. Also, GCM Jason Haywood clearly stated in a phone call that customer family is non of his cocern. He is ensuring that his sales numbers are imperative. What a practice. False advertisement from this dealership, listing cars on CarFax.com for $7000+ cheaper than what they’re actually asking. They then say they did work to the vehicle and are adding their fees. That is not how listings work. The list price is the price before taxes and licensing only. Dealers are to have already included their “fees” within the base price.
