Stopped in to look at a car for my family. A salesman came out and asked me if he could help. I explained my situation and he proceeded to show me things that would not fit my needs. I tried to leave because he clearly wasn’t listening to me. He told me to wait and went to get a manager. The manager came out and was rude. He asked me personal questions and assumed my gender. Then he asked if I would like a squishy? And looked at me with rapey eyes. Please save yourself the hassle.
Walked into the dealership last week and I was interested in one of the vehicles in the show room. I was passed by 4 employees and not a single employee said hello, hi, or anything to me. After standing there for about 15 minutes it seemed like I wasn’t worth the time or energy and I decided to take my business elsewhere.
We had a great experience with our first car with Sam who no longer works there so when my husband needed a new vehicle, naturally we wanted to return to this dealership. I am a 3rd generation Honda owner and my husband is now on the bandwagon. I love Honda vehicles. Well my husband just had the rudest experience with a car salesman ever to the point where he just left. Went in with for an oil change and tire rotation, came out with a dragging heat shield. Oh and they said it was like that upon arrival. There was never anything dragging on my car. I purchased the car new in May. They are the only place who have done my past maintenance. I am so frustrated. I came here because of the good reputation.
Awful customer service. I was told one thing on the phone and then something was completely made up when I got to the dealership. When my husband called, the rep spoke very condescendingly about me to my husband, essentially saying I didn't understand what they were talking about. A trip to another service provider confirmed that Allen was, in fact, massively overcharging for the service and I was right all along. I will not return.
