The owner that runs the places pat allen rice is nosey into everyone’s business just like her son John. Honda’s aren’t that great of cars in general honestly.

Sold us a car that had hidden engine damage. Found out about it 2 months after the warranty expired but well under the milage warranty. Car is now un-driveable and we are insanely upside down on it. Was told it wouldn't matter and there was nothing they could do. Was told someone would reach out soon to talk about trade in possibilities and no one ever reached out. I have had bad experiences with Allen Honda in the past and decided to give them another opportunity. I went back looking at some used vehicles for my daughter in which most were in the service department still and could not look at them. Working with a salesman is like working with someone who has no wiggle room with prices. Each time I have been I didn’t ask for much off but was told no each time.
