Terrible experience. We live in Morgantown West Virginia and found the car we wanted online. We are driving over to Boardman to sign for the car. We’ve talk to them for the last 5 days. My husband drives over 2.5 hours after talking with Joe Beike, our sales guy. Instead of making it there at 6o’clock like he thought he would he was making it at 6:30. They close at six. Do not buy a used vehicle here! I bought a 2013 infinity 72,000 miles for $15,500. Drove it home and it quit working. I didn't even have it an hour. Called them and told them and they did not care and would not take it back! It was the transmission.

Horrible customer service! Damaged my car. GM WON’T return phone calls, service manager lies, changed my address on my work orders, lied and said can’t give me a second copy of my work...will NEVER deal with them again! Horrible horrible horrible and I plan to tell everyone

I sent my car for service to have a key programmed, they said they couldn’t do it because it was a used ignition switch wich is fine they said they fixed the old ignition switch but didn’t put it back into the car, instead they give me the run around that there ganna try this and that and get back to me than never call back they have had my car for over a week and have not givin me any answers on when I can get my car or what they are going to do to get it on the road, a week later I pick it up stearing wheel is off center, ... read more
They advertised a GTI I bought as one price but when I bought it, it was $4,500 difference and told me the lower price was cash only and financing the car would make the car price go up without telling me that until after I bought it. I wouldn’t have bought the car if I knew that because I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else. I could have gotten the next trim level up for less than what I payed for the base model.
If I could rate a 0 I would. From day 1 of driving the car off the lot, my lights have been messed up. The driver side light is lower, making it hard to see at night. Brought it back the NEXT day, claimed to fix it, even gave me attitude in both sales and service... never fixed it. I let it go because my husband drives it now since I can't drive it at night. Just got an oil change and my husband asked them to fix the lights, and AGAIN said they fixed them and low and behold... not fixed... now here I am stuck with a car for... read more
