The best we've ever been too. I found a vehicle I wanted on autotrader.com. I emailed the dealership and chad got back to me within minutes! When we arrived at the dealership we we're warmly welcomed. We we're extremely impressed chad and his down to earth nature. He was honest and knowledgable. The process wasn't hours long like when we have gone to other dealerships. The ease of working with Christina was wonderful as well. We are very happy and will definitely recommend and be back for future cars!
Absolutely smoothest car buying experience in 20 years I was looking for a relatively uncommon VW. I called every VW dealer in a 6 hour radius from my house. Mike Anderson and the folks at Preston VW were the only ones able to locate the car and get it shipped to the dealership. To top it off, they actually delivered it to my house! Seriously, this was the easiest and most friendly experience I've had buying cars.
Chad and team are great to work with. We have had two great experiences with Preston. We didn't think we would be back as soon (6 months) as we were, but our Jetta was totaled in a horrific accident. Walked out with minor injury thanks toVW safety and engineering. We appreciate the honesty and diligence of chad and his team. How a dealership experience should be! The entire Preston Volkswagen staff is the elite of the automobile industry. Everyone that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and tailored everything to my specific needs. They took care of the whole buying process and went above and beyond for me to purchase my vehicle. Even though it was not a Volkswagen, Mike Anderson knew everything about the truck I came into look at. Because of his customer service I was able to drive it off the lot that same day!!
