Always a pleasure This is my second VW purchase from Chad / Preston VW. I unfortunately totaled my Beetle in an accident, but Preston made getting me back on the road in a new Passat quick and painless.
Extraordinary I would highly recommend Preston VW, as well as Mike Anderson. Mike was enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. His follow up was superb and he was a true delight to deal with. The dealership was clean, Christina in Finance was great, and it was overall a smooth and enjoyable process.

Excellent service and quality product We came to test drive the new Passat as I had looked at them at the auto show in Cleveland. We were very pleased with the time Mike Anderson dedicated to explaining the features of the auto and how hard he tried to put togeather a deal that we could live with.
