Purchased a new vw jetta Chad got me the exact car I was looking for and worked hard making sure it was the price I could afford. Everyone is friendly and helpful at the dealership.
Good experience . I needed a battery for my Beetle. Stopped at service dept. Service was great.While waiting on service Chad sold us a new Passat.Drove it home that day.

Quick and Helpful Chad was super helpful and easy to get in touch with - living over an hour from the dealership, emails/phone calls were key in getting things done. Car buying as it should be. Chad Boofer and his associates at Preston VW demonstrated a level of professionalism that made my car-buying experience a pleasure, not only during the sales process, but also after the decision was made to purchase the Tiguan. I will be needing another vehicle in the near future, and it is highly likely that I will purchase my next vehicle from Preston VW as well. I would add that "everything" about this dealership...sales people, management, showroom, service department...is top notch.
