had a brand new pickup that had scratches from another dealership and was working through Ford marketing to get them fixed, and collision was kinda rude to me on the phone in front of ford marketing. they would have been paid through Ford and I was told no paint work would be done to my truck even if buffing out scratches didn't work. The worst car lot i ever walked into. Wasted a full day and they never pulled through on there word. Will nit be back and will not recommend

Just had my car worked on at Tristar. When I got in to come home I noticed the driver side floor mat is covered in greasy shoe prints and there is grease stains on the driver door panel and the door pillar. Totally unacceptable. They clearly do not care about their customers or their vehicles.

This place is a joke. Terrible experiences with ford service. Had nothing but problems with them for four months and I’ll never go back even for a oil change. They’ll probably mess that up to. I’ve talked to many people and I will continue to, so no one has to go through what I did with the terrible service. Oh and don’t forget to bring a lifted 4x4 truck if you want to drive through the lot. I did more off-roading in that parking lot then in the woods. Ya it’s that bad!

we bought our ford f-150 at Tri-Star, we had an accident and Tri-Star collision shop is going to do the repairs. my wife and I both have cancer and are on a very limited income with massive medical bills and Tri-Star will NOT give us a loaner while the truck is being repaired. They told me we had to rent a vehicle off of them, and that they were cheaper than Enterprise, I called, they are NOT
