We bought our car after being told it could be certified preowned, they said it could not be the next day. They told us we had 100k warranty, we do not because we are not the original owners. Mike, the service guy, didn't like my surveys because they were honest? He proceeded to be extremely unprofessional telling me I was the reason he lost his $1000 bonus. Bought a Kia Sorento 6 years ago and got rid of it 3 years ago. I still get garbage in the mail from them offering to buy it. I'll never deal with them, after purchasing 4 cars from them in the past!
My wife and I go in wanting to lease a dodge bighorn and we were completely disrespected. We have exellent credit so we should of had no problem with this deal. Ome of the guys that had ran our number told us what the deal was about the bighorn and we continued to tell him that it needs to be at a lower price. My wife and I had told this guy that we were also interested in other vehicles but would not run the numbers for it to see if we could get the other vehicles. I've bought two trucks. 2013 f350 dump body new that year and a 2015 f250 new that year. Walked into the show room on Tuesday June 8. Said hi to the sales reps behind the counter didn't even say anything back. Pulled into the lot with the Tri star plate on the front. Take a minute say hello have some decency. My money spends just as well else where.
We went here just a hour ago with cash to purchase a vehicle we stood in showroom for 20 mins was never even acknowledged not looked at not spoke to so we left with cash still in our pockets guess they lost a sale or two by not being humble enough to speak
