I have purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership in the past year. Today, I left with a 2018 Compass Trailhawk-- it was 1 of the 2 best car buying experiences I have ever had. The first experience being my first trip to Tri-Star last year. Quick, efficient, pain-free. Showed up, did a test drive and drove off in my new car all within 2 hours. Ross was fantastic. I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Tri Star 4 years ago, amazing service from both my salesman Ross and the service department with oil changes etc. I have since moved out of state but when an engine light came on yesterday I was able to call Tri Star and discuss the estimate I was given out of state on repairs.
