While I'm sure the sales staff are very nice people, they are rather pushy. I came in to test drive a vehicle and it smelled like it had been smoked in and I found an empty cigarette pack in the door.
Do not buy a Kia from Tri Star in Blairsville , had my oil change few weeks ago. and had nothing but problems after that. I taken it back and had them look at why the motor was making noise after oil change, they said they can not find the problem. I looking at my motor at home and seen I was missing on top part of the motor, its was the GDI sound cover shield for on top of the motor. Went in to have a power steering motor put in that was recalled and have warranty maintenance done. Had a long drive and got there and they didn’t have the motor it was back ordered. They didn’t tell me that when I made the appt. Then they said I needed back brakes and rotors. $318.44. I declined. Had a mechanic buddy of mine look at it. The brake pads and rotors are fine. They are crooks
You have two employees who are claiming to be customers of mine! I’m a business owner and they commented on my business! when dealing with these people make sure you get everything in writing and complete service records of your vehicle. i was told when i bought my truck that it had new brakes and tires done to it. go to get the truck inspected today and found out that they lied. brakes were not done on the whole vehicle. now i have to spend 300 bucks to get brakes when i was told that the vehicle got them done. never again will i buy another vehicle from the tri star group. what a joke they are and should be ashamed of themselves. i only had ... read more
Wasn't even given the chance to take the truck I wanted for a good test drive on the road. Was allowed to start it and that's it while he was driving my current truck. Salesman hedi wanted to do the trade and financing for it and that's it. The least he could do was let me test drive it while he was appraising my vehicle. I won't be shopping here for my next vehicle.
Bought a brand new Kia off them in 2014. Just went in to replace the motor due to a recall. Got the Kia back with problems we never had before and all they said was here’s your estimate to get that fixed. Do not buy from them or get your car fixed there. Very rude and they talk to you like a child when questioned on the parts they broke working on your car.
