Bought new Rav4 Very helpful and professional they proved that "we really do come first". Randy Rogan & John Mitsos helped my wife get the Rav 4 that she wanted. I do not say this very often about a car dealership because I've had some bad experiences over the years but Preston Toyota sure treated us right and whenever it's time for a new car I'll definitely go back there. The service team is also very friendly and professional.

Friendly Sales Reps I had a great sales rep in Nick Rushwin. He gave me honesty & respect as a female purchasing a car. Would definitely go back a buy another car from Nick at Toyota of Boardman. Very happy with the end price of the vehicle and would recommend anyone looking for a car to visit Nick!!

Great Dealership! We have leased our cars from this dealership for several years. We have always had excellent service, from the friendly operator when calling for the service department, they have always met our needs in a timely manor. We are now leasing the new Rav4 Limited and a 2012 Camary XLE.

My husband and I visited Toyota of Boardman on April 4, 2014 to look at the 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrids. Despite the rainy weather, we were immediately met by Nick Rushwin. I am absolutely amazed at the respectable service I received from this dealership from Kevin S. I am familiar with ignorance and disrespect from other dealers, therefore when I brought an issue to his attention I had already thought through my argument. I was COMPLETELY surprised at how concerned they were to correct the issue and the extent of accommodation they were willing to provide, on a used car for that matter. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over my life, and Kevin Sikora and Toyota of Boardman, have given me one of best dealership experiences I have ever had. Kevin had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. We agreed on a purchase price and the vehicle was prepped for me to take home while the paper work was being done. Found a vehicle we were interested in online. We live about 1 1/2 hours away, so everything was discussed before online with Kevin Sikora. Easy to deal with, extremely friendly. He had the car ready when we could go and look at it and test drive it. He was not in but Kevin Bertilacci was expecting us. Purchased, completed and out in a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
