Pleasantly surprised by the experience. The sales person, Tina Santucci, was helpful and certainly knew the produce well. She has a great personality and her friendliness helped to set a tone of support during the process. The other employees we met were also quite helpful. Awesome!!! Preston boardman toyota has the most respectful and helpful group of ppl. I went in to buy my daughter her first car and helped by Doug Wilt and Shane Lanigan. With much success I made my purchase and next thing I knew I was back a week later to purchase a brand new toyota 4-runner for me! Excellent customer service. Wonderful experince Toyota of Boardman exceeded all my expectations again! This is my second car I have leased, a RAV4 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jim Barth was very knowledgeable and was able to get me what I wanted and at the same price as I was paying on my last lease. He was friendly, but not overbearing as many salespeople can be. Purchased a used vehicle We recently totaled our Prius which was purchased new from here and we were looking for a used vehicle to buy with insurance money. Nick and Doug helped us and made the process easier on us because the accident had not been. We be back for our next vehicle and really can't imagine shopping anywhere else for vehicle. The service department is great also, Joe was are go to.
