Great Dealership, Low Pressure and Great Service I just graduated from college and had my first experience buying a car. I looked around at other dealerships but Toyota of Boardman was my favorite. I worked with Jim Barth who is a very straight-forward guy. He wants to help you get into the car you want and will not pressure you at all. Very good service and would definitely recommend the dealership and Jim Barth for anyone looking to buy a car without dealing with a pushy salesman. Great Deal, Great Car, Great Experience.

Great and Easy Experience We had a great time working with Zeke to get into our new car. We walked in to see what options we had and walked out with a keys to our new car. Zeke answered all our questions and never pressured us to buy. We are very satisfied with our experience at Toyota of Boardman.

Love this dealership I am on my 3rd rav4 lease. I had a 2010, 2012 & just got my 2015 yesterday. All of them from Toyota of Boardman. I got exceptional service from Jim and all of the staff. Very professional and friendly. I had checked around at different dealerships, just checking if I would want to try something new. But the quality of the rav4 is not there in other vehicles in my price range. With us having more bad weather, then good weather in Ohio, I will probably always have a SUV. Laid back incredible service My mom has leased two Rav 4's now with this dealership. I am a college student and will be graduating soon. incredibly easy hassel free I had talked to a few dealers prior to going here. The other dealers made my car buying experience far more difficult than necessary. Zeke over at Prestons made as simple as coming over and signing my name. I did the credit app told him what car i wanted the price I was willing to pay and boom. Drove away in a brand new scion. I will send my friends and family there. If you're looking for a hassle free stress free car buying experience look no further. Just wish the tank wasnt empty.

I wish all of my car-buying experiences could be this good! Having bought 5 cars from dealers over the past 20 years, this was (BY FAR) the smoothest, fastest, most direct process I've ever experienced. I used their website to find what I was looking for. The random sales associate I reached to inquire about its availability (Kevin) was super responsive, the negotiating was done via text on a Friday afternoon. Fantastic dealership and people!! Buying a car is a big deal. Every step of the way I felt I was being heard. I had done research and I had certain criteria. Every question I had was answered by Nick who knew exactly what he was doing when dealing with me personally.
