We bought a used Toyota Sienna The sales team, including Kevin and Kevin who worked with us, were extremely helpful in making sure we received a vehicle that met all our needs. The service team was great in making sure that we were satisfied with our recent purchase.

best experience i have ever had buying a new car in 44 years basically doug wilt was about as professional of a new car salesman as i have ever seen!!!he is very friendly makes you feel at home, is very knowledgeable of what he is selling, and if he doesnt know the answer to one of your questions he will not quit till he finds it!!!he goes over and beyond what is needed and i hope he is there the next time i need a new toyota as he will always get my business...

My salesman was Jim Barth, A+ I knew I wanted a truck and Jim Barth asked me the right questions to narrow down which truck would work best for me. He genuinely cared about my wants and not about an up sell. From there he let me test drive multiple trucks and ask him plenty of questions. The folks at Toyota of Boardman are experienced at handling the process, and take care of all of the paperwork, including collecting your state's sales tax and doing all of the work for you. And, they can get you processed very quickly if you need to, once you make your decision. LOW PRESSURE Zeke Burick was our salesperson, he was very friendly, and new we did not have a lot of time on our hands, listed to exactly what I wanted, (he actually heard what I was saying to him) he did not give me a big sales pitch as he understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I need to be at, he found out if he could make it work for me, and I traded in my old vehicle, no hassle, he arranged my insurance and I drove my new RAV4 home in under an hour from the time we pulled until we pulled out.
