Outstanding Customer Care Finance manager Scott Riddle and salesperson John Gabriel were professional, knowledgable, honest, and did not pressure me into any sale. During the process from beginning to end, each asked me if I needed anything, had any questions, and answered all my questions. Easiest purchase ever. This was the easiest purchase that my husband and I have ever made in purchasing a new car and since we are 60+, we have purchased many new cars. Tina Santucci, was our sales person, worked so hard in getting us the deal we wanted and she was so helpful answering all our questions. 6 month service + remote stater install Scheduled when it was convenient for me. Very courteous. And explained my options for accessories. Made sure I knew the vehicle service and accessory install were completed and it was ready for pickup Vehicle was cleaned and sitting out front, ready when I got there after hours for pickup.

Back again! We absolutely love our new Corolla. This is the second car that Jim has sold to us and there was no doubt we were going anywhere else. Simple, easy, friendly Just bought a new toyota sienna and found the staff to be friendly, attentive and not pushy. Initially, they did not have a van with the features I wanted. Justin, however, worked to find me a suitable van quickly. The "presto" price was spot on with what I had looked up on the internet as a fair market price.
