Purchased a used Rav 4 I purchased my last Toyota here in 2001, I decided it was time to start shopping for at a newer car so I stopped in one day just to look. Easy out of state purchase Do to the odd working hours and schedule of my job, I am not always available to converse on the phone. However, texting has become an essential means of communication. Andy understood this and was more then willing to accommodate. NEW PRIUS My son purchased a new Prius last night, I drove in with him from Pittsburgh. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They were professional and attentive. The dealership overall was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Kevin Bertilacci was awesome, not pushy and was knowledgeable on the vehicle. A new 2016 Toyota I had a very nice experience with your dealership. A very smooth transaction from a 2013 Toyota to a new 2016. The salesman, Mr. Jim Barth was especially nice and helpful to me, especially being a female, I have had problems in the past.
