Couldn't get better than this!!! Edwin Legaspi met us as we parked. We were window shopping after looking at 3 other Subaru dealers. Ended the night with a 2016 Crosstrek fully loaded and 2017 WRX fully loaded. With Edwin's knowledge and great customer service he sold us on not 1 but 2 vehicles this far with no regrets. My first service appointment was smooth as butter I made an appointment about a week ago and I did not know exactly what to expect when I brought my vehicle in for its first service. I arrived just before 2pm and Carlos greeted me. He explained that he would be doing the first service on the vehicle and what was to be covered which included a synthetic oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation and topping off fluids. Great Car Buying Experience I hate buying cars. Between the sales and finance, I would rather get a root canal. Because I've done my homework, I often know more about the car I'm interested in than the people trying sell it to me. Add to that the attitude by some salesmen who live by the adage, "Sell them what we have, not what they want," and it's no wonder I'll drive a car until the wheels fall off rather than get a new one. Great customer service! I went in to lease a new car about 2 weeks ago. I talked to Eric and Edwin. They helped me pick out a car that was right for me. Edwin Legaspi, the sales guy was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for. His knowledge of the cars was very helpful. Extremely exceptional service and customer care The service adviser, Mike Bennett, has always provided exceptional service and today he went way beyond what I have ever experienced before in my 50 plus years of owning many cars. A repair was needed to the drivers window and it needed to be done in one day because the car needed to be parked in a school public lot the next day. Met, then exceeded my expectations! Oftentimes as consumers, our perception of buying a car means that we have to go to battle with whatever dealership we find that has the car we would like to purchase. It doesn't have to be that way. My experience with Mitch and the rest of the Timmons family was excellent. They were very patient and cooperative. I traded in my 2008 Subaru Tribeca for a 2012 Subaru Legacy.
