Excellent service on an online purchase and the car (Subaru certified 2023 Crosstrek) was just as described. All of my interactions with the salesman Robert and staff were excellent and when there was a small problem (the car was missing one of the keys and fob) they quickly came up with a solution that was completely acceptable. Obviously when you buy a car online and fly a thousand miles to pick it up you're nervous but it couldn't have gone any better!

Simmon’s Subaru was very friendly and helpful. I came on a Saturday during their Memorial Day Sale. I had an appointment at 6PM. We weren’t able to complete everything but they were helpful enough to hold my new leased car until Sunday. That allowed me to make my appointment and get documents to complete the deal the next morning. This was my first lease but the whole staff were helpful and low pressure. They offered a one on one training class a few weeks later and it has helped me quite a bit.
I recently purchased my fourth Subaru from Timmons Subaru of Long Beach. I have loved everyone of my Subarus, especially my last two Forster sports model. All four vehicles were fun to drive and above all they are built with many safety features. I have always been treated exceptionally well by the staff and employees and recommend Timmons Subaru highly.
I have purchased a vehicle with them 8 years ago and was satisfied then as I was with this recent purchase. Easy, no haggle experience.

I recently had the worst experience with the Service Department due to the incompetence of the technicians. I am sure that the usual response will be “we’re sorry for your bad experience,” but this isn’t about apologies—it’s about doing things right. I feel compelled to recommend the Sales Department instead, as they know how to do their job properly.
