Buyers beware of this dealership. Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience with Sabri internet sales manager. Beware that he will pull a bait and switch on you. I went to the dealer test drove the car. He told me he would beat the price I got from another dealer. Everything was great until we got to the financing part. I connected with Timmons through Costco and I had done my research of interest rates and such so I knew about what I should have been offered. The Costco discount on the car was $3,000. Interestingly enough, come time to do the financing, the interest rate that they started at was 3% higher than the market rate (and I do not have bad credit) which coincidentally would have added $3,000 back to the cost of the car. I had the worst customer service experience of my life at Timmons Subaru this weekend. While my sales associate was kind and professional, my interaction with manager Ratana "RC" Chhor was shockingly unprofessional. I came to purchase a vehicle with a serious offer, a good trade-in, a sizable cash down payment, and an excellent credit score of 845. The fooled me with a down payment for a used vehicle. They promised me to help if have any issues, I came back for some issues, everybody was busy, didn't work that day come back tomorrow, etc,etc. A trick to get you frustrated and don't come back. Sold me a road advantage coverage for my car, nobody will take care or help me in anything. A disaster. So, if you a buy a car don't let em sell you any extras. This goes under the title 'No Good Deeds Go Unpunished". I actually had a good experience buying the car. The problem is - I cant drive it, register it or get insurance for it because they made some clerical errors rhat they refuse to fix. Somehow they issued the wrong vin number . Until they send me a live signature on the corrected paperwork with the corrected vin I cant use the car. It has been 15 days and 8 phone callls later- and crickets. I am late in writing this review because I needed to let everything play out from Subaru of America on how they handled things with this very dishonest dealership. I went to this dealership in February under the Subaru VIP Program and met with Gary Colfack a Sales Associate. Timmons accepted the VIP Certificate, the Sales Associate took my deposit and placed an order for my car and things couldn't have gone better. I hope stealing my car right out from under me was worth it.
I came in here for regular oil change and was quoted 2 hours for my wait. Over 2.5 hours later I was still waiting and no one came to tell me the status. When I finally asked, my car had not been worked on and to get the complimentary car wash would take an extra 30 plus minutes. When I approached the service rep, he was full of excuses and not one big apologetic for the wait nor apologetic for not giving me updates. I never had this experience at the service center in Subaru irvine. Will not come back here.
HORRIBLE!!!! Warning do NOT go to this location!!! Wasted 4 hours here this location has the worst customer service ever! Provided Information earlier in the day and Nothing was done.
