SELLER BEWARE Timmons provided me with a written quote to purchase my car for $1,975. When I returned 5 days later, they refused to honor their quote. They stated there were mechanical issues but they were not able to provide any details as to what those issues were. Issue with the Service Center I had tire issues since day one of purchasing the car. In all the four services offered by Timmons, they said it is just weather change as there is no issue with car tires. Finally when i was done with the free service, a auto repair mechanic close to my house said the issue was with alignment and putting extra pressure on tires. Tramatisted Awful treatment and customer service. Should fire the whole management. Mistreatment by sales manager, used car manager, and finiance person. Difinitely needs a revamping. Do not buy his you enjoy being berated.

Timmons Subaru Sales Dept. - NOT service department. Terrible sales department service. I got a flier in the mail from the manager (April) at Timmons Subaru. It is obviously a sales flier and I'm sure that they got my information because I have a Subaru Crosstrek. The flier offers me different incentives and deals to trade in my car. Then on one page of the flier, it offers me a COMPLIMENTARY free oil change if I come in and present the coupon/flier. It doesn't say that I need to take a test drive or purchase a car from them... read more

Save yourself the trouble, and drive out of your way like I did, to Renick Cadlillac Subaru in Fullerton or Puente Hills Subaru in the City of Industry. Natalie, the receptionist at Timmons, is perhaps the least helpful person I have ever spoken to at any dealership. The service department cannot be reached without waiting on hold, leaving a message, and waiting a day or two for a call back (I tried this 4 times). This was the last straw..my third and LAST visit there was the worst one yet. The female service advisor has the worst attitude, she is very short with her customers and has no clue what she is doing. I made an early(7am) appointment for an easy fix, in and out. my car was not moved to the shop till almost an hour; I asked the service advisor to see how long it was going to take and she told me they wont start on your car for another 45 minutes.
