Tenvoorde Ford of St. Tenvoorde Ford of St. Cloud gets a 10 star rating from me, from the minute I pull up to the lot there is someone with a smile to direct me as to my needs. The service writers are so on it, they have an insite to my every needs. The staff is there is most helpful with a nice clean waiting area as well as bathrooms. My service was fast, concise, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t say enough about Tenvoorde Ford of St. Cloud. What a wonderful experience, Thank you to all at Tenvoorde Ford.

Had an issue with rattle in front end of truck when going Had an issue with rattle in front end of truck when going over bumps...dealt with Barry in service re this issue. It was a long involved process of trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, but finally got resolved....Barry, sort of the middle man between mechanics, managers, field reps and myself, did an outstanding job of communicating everything that was going on. He is truly an asset to the dealership !!

I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. The service manager went back into the shop to talk to his guys and this gentleman made a comment about the service manager that was very off color and that made me ... read more
