Great Customer Service The customer service at Tenvoorde Ford was wonderful. We were greeted with a smile and great conversation from entering to leaving. The trading and buying process was smooth and easy and all the details were explained thoroughly. Despite us coming an hour before closing, everyone was accommodating, helpful and did not treat us as if though coming at late hours was a hindrance for them. Great experience! Zack Stumpf was our salesman when we bought our Edge. We came back later looking at pickups. He’s always cheerful and willing to investigate any avenue as far as choices. We will always ask for Zack and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

The best dealership I have been to in years. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and the dealership was willing to whatever they could to make the deal smooth and seamless.
Buying a new vehicle is never easy! Overall it was a good experience. I did feel that some things were not explained clearly when signing paperwork and looking over the price of the vehicle with different options or financing. But overall it was a good experience.
