Great Car Buying Experience I worked with Ryan Ford and particularly salesman Blake Wood on a long distance deal with several logistics involved. I never actually visited the dealership and everything worked out great using online and phone communications. Everyone I communicated with at Ryan were professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience!!! Drove 1 1/2 hours to Sealy and got there an hour before closing. Jean quickly greeted us and took care of us. The car we had originally wanted to see sold the day before, but we still took a look around. Jean was very friendly and showed us every car we were interested in. Amazing I love this dealership... I have bought many new cars from other dealerships and felt uncomfortable and a little pushed my the salesmen there... My salesman was Westley McKeehan and I have never been more comfortable in my life... He listen to everything I told him and didn't push me into things I didn't want. He was in contact with me through out the day letting me know where they were at with financing and he is very knowledgeable..He explained everything I needed to know and more... Wonderful Experience Unfortunately, I accidentally backed into my bar-b-que pit and broke the passenger side tail light. I called Ryan Ford and spoke to Mason. They set a time for me, ordered the light. I made the appointment - they took my car right back on time and it was repaired much faster than I thought. I highly recommend Ryan Ford - and Mason, Tyler and Brad. They are all so helpful and so nice and friendly. Thank you, guys. I'll be back.

Awesome service department at Ryan Ford! Ryan Ford really deserve a 6 stars instead of 5. Let me tell you why. My 2015 edge was having some issues, called the service department Brad (very easy going and professional service manager) scheduled me the earliest possible appointment right away. When I brought in the vehicle today, they initially cant find the code.
