Straightforward car buying with a touch of personal service What can I say, Ryan made car buying a pleasure. Prices were clear and fair - no gimmicks or tricks. Excellent customer service! The staff was very helpful getting my car into the shop to have it checked. The service advisor kept me informed and made sure I understood everything that was being done to the car.

Third car purchase and still happy Today I had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2017 fusion sport from Sabrena Torres. She is truly looking out for my best interest, got me a great price and rebates, and to top it off she avidly made sure I was aware of where my car was at in the shipping process since we ordered it new. She goes above and beyond for customer service which Is why I will always come back to her! Also Hernan was more than willing to accommodate my budget for finance and is very friendly.

Awesome!!!! Always Top Notch Service!!! Ryan Ford is the only place I have taken my 2008 Ford F250 since I have had it. The service team their is excellent. The service Manager Brad Zook has always done an outstanding job when I visit. Brad is very knowledgeable about Ford products and provides great customer service. Tyler Wallace and Mason Koch have also assisted me several time while visiting for repairs or routine maintenance These guys are why I keep coming back..

Excellent customer service I took my car in for an oil change, since i had a bad experience at a toyota dealership. It was a Very smooth and satisfying experience. Tyler Wallace, the service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and got me out by promised time.
