Excellent I was shopping around in the market for a new Hybrid sedan and Ryan Ford had the cheapest list for the similar model of Fusion Hybrid SE. There was very little hassle from initial contact to the final delivery. They commit to what they promised. Overall it is an excellent experience. Particularly, the two salemen, two Blakes, Blake Philips and Blake Wood, are worthy to be honorably mentioned, very polite and professional. The young finance guy is also excellent.

f350 blew a turbo very good service department especially mason koch who helped me stayed in touch with me to let me know the progress of the repair and when the truck would be ready

Outstanding new car purchase experience Simon Mulaula helped make my car buying experience quick and painless. Once the price was agreed upon the car was cleaned and financing papers were expedited. I appreciate the fact that they do not add on unforeseen accessories and fees.

Head gaskets and EGR cooler I had both of these replaced which was a 30 hr job and the service and work was excellent. Fixed everything and got the job done. Test drove the truck to make sure everything was good to go and if any doubts fixed what else needed to be fixed. Truck is running great and satisfied with the service.

Re: Mason Koch Mason is first of all very kind and doesn't mind answering questions regarding the health of my 2011 Ford Edge .... I had a question about the wear of my brake pads ... so Mason went to talk with the technician and came back to tell me they looked great no problems at this time....TRUST is a big key for me because Ryan Ford is honest and doesn't try to get you to buy service items when they aren't needed.
