Fantastic customer service and home delivery I am elderly and don't like to drive too far. Sabrena at Ryan Ford made me a great deal on my new Fusion and we did it all on the phone. She drove my new car to me here in West University--over an hour drive from Sealy! We did the paperwork here and my Fusion was waiting for me in the driveway. I have never experienced service like this from a dealer. They are great! Thank you!

Happy With My Experience I brought my Explorer in for an oil change and inspection. I have been helped before by Mason and now Tyler. Both are excellent employees and deserve a raise. I was very pleased with the visit - inspection done; oil and also air filter changed and everything checked out. There was also a recall on the door locks and I was not aware of that.
