oil change and snow tire removal Had a 10AM appointment for oil change and removal of snow tires. I advised I would wait for the car since the service would take a little over an hour according to the service writer. I used a table to do some work in the showroom area. The service work on the car took a little over an hour and the service manager came out to advise me that my car was ready. A NY State inspection was done on the car. Smooth - easy I live one hour from dealership and appreciated the convienence of handling all negotiations by phone/email while on job site - no down time! Never stepped on dealer lot until it was time to pick up truck. 45 minutes later I drove out with new truck.
Keeping my 2002 Tacoma going long and strong. Short and sweet: Tho' it's a bit of a distance for me (two other Toyota dealerships are closer... in fact, I pass one on my way), the pleasant, friendly, informative service is well worth the drive.
Pre-trip service Needed oil change and checkup prior to a trip. Air and fluid levels were checked and adjusted and service completed in less than an hour.
