My third Toyota I like this dealership. Their service department is top notch.. Excellent sales personnel. I have bought three vehicles there. Loved all of them. One literally saved my life. They are well built cars.
Great Service Great service, they never mislead me or tell me to replace anything that I do not need. I have never gone away with any issues. The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of 5 is I have trouble calling to make appointment. I get the voicemail a lot and I have left voicemails multiple times and no one called me back from those voicemails. We have expanded our service support staff from our original two people (Jim our service manager, and one service writer), to Jim and three other support staff. Not being able to answer the amount of calls was a bad thing, and I would hope that the problems you described with making an appointment have been resolved or lessened. 35,000 service and check brakes Service department is honest with all factors of service. Appointments are always prompt and courteous when waiting for vehicles. They always explain what service was done.
Recall on Frame Worked with Jim Stegman who is great, all staff were excellent. I live in Saratoga and prefer to travel to Glens Falls for their Service Department.
Patient, Knowledgeable and Fair I have been to other dealers in the Capitol region and Glens Falls Toyota outshines all the others. Our salesperson Nicole was patient and understanding for my particular circumstance.
