Class Act Buying a car can be stressful. But I never felt stressed at all. Joe never put any pressure on me to buy a car. I was looking at a used car on the lot but Joe was able to put me in a brand new 2018 C-HR for cheaper. When I took delivery on the car Joe took the time to go over everything. He even paired my phone with the car. I had a wonderful experience at Glens Falls Toyota!! I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Need better Communications between departments. Part of the purchase agreement on my Highlander included an update to the Navigation software. The update was done quickly and in a very timely manner. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the pleasant waiting room. Everything was fine until it was time to collect my car and leave. The service adviser presented me with a bill for several hundred dollars. Just bought our 5th Tundra from Glens Falls Toyota We always work with Gabrielle Smith and Paul Wilkins. Gabrielle always understands what we want in a vehicle. They have worked with us very well with all of our Toyota purchases over the years, 5 Tundras, 2 Ravs, 2 Corollas, and 2 Highlanders. The vehicles are excellent and Gabrielle and Paul and other staff and the service department are outstanding.
