Service I have taken my Toyota for service since 2009 and have ALWAYS found the staff pleasant, fair and helpful. I commend Jim at the Service Center for always informing me what needs to be done.
Quick and cost was reasonable The service staff are pleasant and professional .The cost was reasonable and quick for the work they performed.. I purchased my car st this dealership and have not been disappointed.
Inspection Work completed earlier than requested. Honest evaluation of vehicle. I asked to have rear brakes checked. Dealer checked brakes and declined to replace because brakes were still at 80%. Dealer checked for any outstanding requests from me. I had previously ordered a new mud flap for rear. I forgot to ask that the mud flap be attached this time, but the dealer remembered and took care of it.
Personable Salesman First time buyer at this dealership and a first time driver for this particular used car. Very happy with the car and the process that went along with the sale.
Service after the sale makes the dealership! We needed to have brake service on our 2013 Camry. As usual Mr Stegman and the wonderful service staff performed outstandingly! The brakes were replaced in a timely fashion, the car was serviced and inspected without any surprises. Operates like New. I will always trust my 3 Toyota's to the knowledgeable staff at Glens Falls Toyota. You should too!
Customer oriented service Routine service ( oil, lube filter & NYS inspection), but unexpected Doctor’s appointment and service department got me in and out to be on time for early appointment. Thank you.
I wasn’t looking but I saw it on the lot I was not in the market for a car but the right car turned up on the lot. I walked in and was greeted by Joe who was an absolute pleasure to work with and put up with all of my questions. Joe kept me informed every step of the way.
