Iam still having nothing but problems with the leaks inside my vehicle they charged me a lot of money to replace one of the moon roof glass and it’s still leaks I will not be bringing the car back to them so they can charge me more money it’s a waste of time I do not recommend anybody to this place

Service department is a scam and way over priced. The hours that were worked on my truck were double the time it should have taken and they definitely charged me accordingly. Added lots of fluff into the bill to make it seem like more was done than actually was. I tried fighting it and found out that the manager i was speaking with is not even knowledgeable in the field of mechanics so it went nowhere. I bought a 14 Silverado back in December of 2021 the next day I came to pick the truck up they had driven the truck 398 miles to do the inspection and then two days later the check engine light came on and a high pressure fuel line had to be replaced. Then 40 days later my transmission went bad. And now I have been waiting to find out if it is covered under their insurance. I am under the 60 lemon law and the 3000 miles but they have been giving me the run around for over a week now.

They are nice when you purchase a vehicle from them but when you have problems they put you off and can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. My car doesn't start, sitting in the driveway. Called to talk to owner but he isn't available was connected to the Assistant Manager, left a message and he hasn't called back. Do not buy a vehicle from them , service is horrible

I give them a 1 star ONLY because of the sales department. The purchasing part was alright even though it took almost 6 hours for paperwork. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I bought a certified preowned through Romeo Chevy in Kingston and voiced my concerns about the rotors being extremely rusty/warped as well as paint missing on the rear door. They took my car in, kept it for 3 days to only replace the back rotors and pads (it needed them all around) as well as put extra miles on the car before I retur... read more

**TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Where do I start with this horrible experience? After finding a truck online that was attractive, I drove the 2.5 hours to Lake Katrine, NY to visit Romeo Chevy Buick GMC. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone; a positive given the current state of the pandemic. Once I returned to the dealership, the Sales Manager asked for a price I was comfortable with and I gave him one (~$2500 under MSRP). They said that they could not accommodate that, and I left. Aside from phone service or customer service, in PERSON service was poor. The service representative demeanor was he didn't want to be there, I was wasting his time and seemed aggravated when I gave a list off problems. There's never a loaner available. Rep argued with me again about my warranty. No shuttle service available to get a rental. Had to walk from dealership to Enterprise. Hopefully my truck is fixed after the 5th time being here.

was a bad sales transaction i was told because my vehicle had 25,000 miles on it it would need all new brakes and rotors and a complete service for that reason he couldent give me book price & i had a $2,000 incentive from my job he wouldent recognise because mike said he gave me top dollar , bought a truck there 7 years ago had no problems , you can bet i wont be back there spending $52,000 dollars , i like the tahoe because i had broke my back and had 4 verbra fusioned and its comfy but these guys better get with it , i tr... read more

oil change and brakes I was told I needed new rear brake pads during my oil change. Brakes pads were installed at a reasonable price. The service adviser recommended to have 4 wheel drive transfer case fluid changed at 66, 000 miles. I passed. Owners manual says change at 90,000 miles with severe usage.
