I met Mr. Block as I was doing the internet research to purchase my new GMC Terrain. I had many dealerships call me, I visited quite a few. At the time he contacted me I was seriously considering to do business with another dealership. He immediately offered me a very competitive price and not only that he was very friendly. I purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST in April from Romeo and my experience was very poor! I went in and spoke with the salesman On Saturday and took the truck for a ride and then purchased the truck, the time it took at the dealership was reasonable. I went back on the following Monday to speak with the finance manager and pick up the truck which took over 4 hours, a very unreasonable time to wait. Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Dec of 2024 March of 2025 check engine light came on. They basically told me to shove it and go to a different GM deal and try to get it covered under FACTORY warranty! I’m lost for words after this! Horrible experience l!!!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. Recently purchased a new Yukon XL Denali that had a damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door since I was informed that their service department is undergoing changes. I dropped it off to have the door repaired and get an oil change and the dealer put 100 miles on my truck when it was at the dealer to be serviced. We purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from you on July 5, 2023. Not even two days later was it towed back for a "death wobble". The service department said they fixed it by balancing the tires. Well a few days later it happened again. On July 17, 2023 it was brought in again. Now the service department can't figure out the problem and they sent it to a Jeep dealer "down the road". The sales staff in this dealership are dishonest and misleading the sales manager is a crook lowballing everyone that walks thru the door on their trades when everyone other dealers are offering more and then telling you his hands are tied. If you want a good deal from an honest dealer run far run fast to any other dealer on the planet

I have purchased 4 very expensive vehicles from romeo the latest is a 2022 gmc 2500 denali its 13 months old and has been in their shop so many times I have lost count recently it spent 5 days in their care for a number of problems I was told to come pick the truck up as it was all repaired well its not 2 of the major reasons it was in for still remain I have been complaining about these 2 issues basically since ithe truck was new they can't fix it their mechanics are completely incompetent joe I have purchased my last vehic... read more
