Worst service ever!!! I took my car to get it checked (CEL) there because it was still under warranty. First they told me the my warranty was expired but I had all the paperwork with me . Worst dealer experiance ever Usually the difference between GMC and Chevy is the dealer experience. GMC is supposed to be better but not always it seems. When shopping for a new truck came upon a 17 Canyon SLT Duramax at a local fair. When asked the salesman confirmed that hey had a Denali and against better judgment worked through a deal later over the phone. Dispicable people I did an online click n offer that was accepted by their sales person Kathleen and requested a delivery for Monday evening. We spoke on the phone Monday and confirmed verbally n via email that the car was mine and later that evening Matt would call me to discuss the financing. Gmc truck i purchased burn oil, romeo says its acceptable I purchased a certified gmc sierra crew cab from romeo. Before its first oil change the oil light came on. I added a quart of oil. Roughly 1500 miles later the light came back on. I brought it back to romeo and they started a oil consumption test. I found it weird they didnt mark the oil cap so that oil couldnt be added or removed without them knowing. But i went on with the test bringing it back several times, every time it was low on oil. Can't fix engine after 9 mos/6 visits, won't refund $1300 Service Manager refused to refund the over $1300 in diagnostic charges I paid Romeo dealership (accumulated over 10 MONTHS TIME! )to NOT fix engine in my Pontiac Vibe purchased new from them in 2009. The Vibe is a "corporate twin" - the same car as the Toyota Matrix, but built by General Motors with Toyota's VVT Engine. Scam artists I just bought dump truck not even a month.My truck was brought in to there dealership sitting on a tow truck they sold me a lemon and than hit me with a tow truck bill they were nasty and just didn't care I hate this place I'm outa Business now because because of than $30,000 I paid and in less than a month it blows up and the did nothing I'm now going to court please to everyone don't go here this place might be a big company but they work like a small shop scammers the worst
Sucks! I wouldn't give it one star! They sent out this guy Scott, insulted my husband right in front of me and my son asking if he can afford the payments! That was really rude! It doesn't matter how we get the money as long as the payments are made! If not well it's on us! The sales lady Amy was really nice! They don't like receiving cash, they like bank checks better! Poor Service Like all other new car dealerships you are their best friend when leasing or purchasing a new vehicle BUT when it comes to service you can see the real dealership. Sierra in Romeo is poor in regard to simple dealership service, communications with the vehicle owner, completing the service and returning the vehicle as clean as it was delivered.
