When we got to the dealership, we thought we wanted to see a Buick Enclave. Our salesman was Mike Palladino, and he showed us one, but when we looked, we realized it was too big. Mike asked if he could show us another vehicle, and pretty soon we were driving a GMC Terrain. I recently purchased an Arcadia Denali, this was my first experience with GMC I loved it. My treatment was top notch from start to finish. Jeff Reopell was great to work with, he knew his product and was the most honest new car salesman I have ever dealt with. I always went away feeling like I got hosed every time I bought a car. I didn't feel this way with Jeff. I would recommend this dealership and Jeff with absoulutely no reservations whatsoever.

Willing to work things out. This dealership is a very Willing to work things out. This dealership is a very clean new facility with employees that are willing to be there for the customer if you have a problem they will work it out..

i think that Mike is the best salesman. he was knowledgeable and we did not feel pressure to buy a more expensive car- he listened to what we wanted. I would recommend him without having to think about it!

Tim was polite, courteous and a knowledgeable salesman. He was patient with my decision to think about what I was going to do; example-checking other dealerships for price comparison.

I own a large fleet over 100 vehciles, The Romeo team has been great, easy to work with and My go to auto sales people. There pricing is aways the best in the area. I have sent many people to them and they all are happy. Its great to have a good family run business in our area. We alway comparision shop and usaully end up buying from them. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car dealer. I was looking for Truck for my husband, we had been looking for months and just couldn't find the right fit. I first spoke to Jeff on the phone and he was exceptional helpful and we made an appointment to met the next day. After ten minutes Jeff was able to find the perfect Truck for us! I went to Romeo because my old car had died and I needed a vehicle as soon as possible. As I walked around the lot Mike met me and started to show me all that they had. They were the only dealership that I had been to with low mileage used cars and trucks that were in very good shape. I was able to test drive all the trucks that I wanted to until I finally settled on a 2006 GMC Canyon.
