My Venza was running great before injector and throttle body cleaning. I was getting 25 mpg @70 mph on the highway, 19 - 20 mpg overall. Now getting 19.5 mpg highway @ 70mph. Overall city average is about the same. I don't know if this maintenance was necessary since there were no issues prior to service.
Service technician did not refill all fluids
They just jumped right thru my car. Everything was green tire pressure brakes and tires tried werent even checked
I asked for an oil change with tire rotation and the service tech decided I didn't need the rotation so didn't do it. Now I have to go back to another dealer to get a tire rotation since I didn't have time to wait.
Extremely slow - 3 hours for an oil change!
Reminds me that I need to check the engine oil level. I got a whiff of burning oil as I drove off from having my Venza serviced at Toyota. The mechanic must have spilled a few drops on the engine.
