Our service person was welcoming, helpful, and ensured we had the product we wanted and knew the cost/time it would take. The guy who put on our tires was personable and knowledgeable.

Service took a very long time, over 6 hours. I called at 3:00 pm to say I would need the car and was told it would take another 1/2 hour. I got the car around 5:00 pm. I had to rearrange an appointment I had at 4:00 pm. This was the first time in the 11 years I have used your services that I have been disappointed.
