My axel assembly was broken and covered by warranty they gave me a loaner car that I was in for almost 6 weeks waiting for parts to come in. communication was wonderful I never felt in the dark about what was going on. they also did my timing belt while it was in and charged what they had quoted me there were no hidden fees. my family will always use Price Hinda Service. Mark was my service agent and he was awesome always letting me know what was going on and stayed on top of things to make sure everything got done.
Service is easy to deal with. I don’t mind paying a little more to get good service that is reliable.
My blue tooth microphone had gone bad. My car is 10 years old. Price Honda diagnosed it as my microphone had worn out. They ordered the part and it amazingly came very quickly. I returned this past Wednesday and they had it fixed in under an hour. I’m so impressed with their service department ! Robin
