Excellent sales reps and employees overall. I just had the Honda Passport in for recommended service. Everyone involved very professional and helpful. I also left the book I was reading there accidentally and a service rep( a woman whom I do not know her name) but she was my rep that day she actually brought my Book back to me in Milford. Above and beyond her job expectations! I am very thankful!

My crv had problems covered under warranty but it took over a month to get the parts to fix. Nikki took good care of me keeping me updated weekly on the status and let me use a nice courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop. They made sure what could have been a bad experience was a good one.
