Every time we have bought a car from Honda they have treated us with respect and never tried to get us into a car we could not afford. When we bought our 2019 Honda SUV our salesman, Chris, was very helpful, I told him what I wanted and he found the car I was telling him about. We just had our oil and brake fluid changed and the young lady that helped us was very nice and kept us informed on how they were coming along with our service. I recommend Honda to anyone that asks us about our car.
I stopped in a couple months ago to see and compare the HR-V and CR-V in person, after researching on line. Brad H. came to help me, and even though I told him I wasn't ready to buy for a few months, he brought two vehicles up for me to inspect, answered my questions, and was very pleasant. When I was ready to buy, I tried another dealership in Maryland first, because of the on line deals and incentives, but walked away when they tacked on over $6k in "charges" and would not budge.
