I purchased a 2009 Mazda CX-9 from Bill Hudson, at Preston Mazda in Boardman Ohio, picked the car up on May 1. I loved that car, but I started noticing a few weeks later that car was jerking when going into gear, I thought maybe it was bad gas then a friend of mine told me it’s probably just the way it runs cause it all wheel drive. They lie to you and try a bait and switch. I've bought 4 cars from them and each time have been treated poorly. Wont go there again Update: Mr. Kevin Preston contacted me and made the deal right no games no bait and switch. Thank you for your considerated help. He went above and beyond to help

Considering my parents & I bought a total of 3 vehicles from Preston back in 2012, you would think they would treat us like VIP customers, right? Wrong. Each experience we had there after we bought our vehicles got worse and worse, and every time we've taken our vehicles there for something as simple as an inspection, we've ended up getting charged a couple hundred (sometimes even thousand) dollars because they come up with a ton of repairs they claim need done (mind you we haven't even had our vehicles all that long), and t... read more

our 2004 sienna was towed there on 8/13/2016.it had overheated.we were told that it needed a new radiator which had to be ordered.we said we couldn't wait that long and arranged a tow thru the service manager,justin mcdaniel,using a tow service THAT HE OWNED.945.00 for the tow.get the car home,our mechanicfound nothing wrong except a bad coolant temp sensor,which Preston should have found and fixed in half an hour.these people are liars and thieves.we were lied to just so that they could bag us 945.00 for an unnecessary tow.... read more

Great American sales event? Come on Preston! Your made up, imaginary, B.S.sales events are nothing more than figments of your Imagination designed to create consumer hype. You have an imaginary sales event every week with no price changes associated with these so called events. How long will you try to fool the consumer?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them 11 days ago. At first everything was wonderful, they fixed almost all the issues I had found upon looking it over and driving it. The problems began after I discovered a vibration after all the papers were signed. I had to take it back for an emissions inspection and addressed the issue then, less than a week of having it. My car has been back to the dealership 4 times since I bought for making this awful squealing noise but they say theirs nothing wrong with it although they attempted to fix it and charge me for it, then as I was pulling out of their parking lot from service the noise was there went back in and they attempted to fix it again nope still there and this last time the conclusion the noise is okay it's safe to drive, like I drive 2 young kids in that car that noise sure don't sound safe!
