I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Preston, 1 in New Castle and 1 in Boardman. I’ve returned to both dealerships several times since then looking to purchase a Pre owned truck. Each time my salesman seemed disinterested in working with me, non willing to negotiate the price or my trade in attempts to reach a comfortable payment for me. Their service department is the worst. My daughter took my car in for an inspection & oil change yesterday. My appointment was at 9:15. They came out & told her that I needed brakes. Ok routine maintenance. She then called me at 12:50 & said my car would be another 30 minutes. While I’m at the dentist she sends me a text telling me how mad I’ll be since THEY poked a hole in something with my oil and have to fix it and are giving her a rental. Had problem with car that was just inspected. Nobody seemed to care. Service dept was not very nice or helpful. Will have car serviced in hermitage

whe we drove up to see how we turn in our leased camry the salesman and credit people couldn 't give us the time of day. Guess they don't want my business

Matt Sellers was awesome and very professional. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota and kept the experience fun with no pressure. I would recommend him to anyone. My experience went bad with the finance manager. When we declined to purchase an extended warranty, she talked down to us, used scare tactics and made the conversation extremely awkward. My wife and i almost walked out. Such a bummer after spending a lot of money here.

Mr. Kevin Preston. Thank You! Since 2012 we have bought a 2012 4Runner $45000, 2013 Highlander $35000, 2016 Highlander LS $35000, 2016 Highlander Platinum $47000 & 2017 Highlander Platinum $47000. 5 vehicles totally more than $200000. You refuse to service my vehicle because your service department stinks and really does not help the customer. You tell me to take my car elsewhere to have serviced. I have always been impressed with the service provided by Preston of New Castle until now. My son took his car here today to get oil change and tire rotation and get the trunk looked at for rust on a 1.5 year old Camry which they agreed to cover. The issue is in the process during this visit the front bumper was scratched and the service manager claims it came Into the dealer that way. WRONG the car was washed and waxed prior to the visit and the scratch was not there. The dealer refuses to work with us to get the issue r... read more
