My husband waited almost two hours for an oil change. And we had an appointment. And the price was ridiculous.

BEWARE THIS DEALER. They took a $1000 deposit on a car for MSRP, repeatedly confirmed an out the door price (tax, title and tags) and after we drove almost two hours to Pick up the car added a $4500 “market adjustment” to the price. We have filed complaints with Toyota and the BBB.

When I made an appointment to get a recall completed, the service department said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete. It actually took 2 1/2+ hours to get it done. Then the service department said someone should have told it takes over 2 hours to complete. As usual, one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Just another episode of why I won’t use Preston’s Service Department

It took a month to get an appointment for my 2021 car inspection. When i arrived i was told it would be awhile because there were several ahead of me . One and a half hours later my car was returned to the waiting area but no one came to inform me it was finished. I waited 15 mn then got my car and left. About 30 mn later i got a text saying it was done. An hour later I got a text with a link to my bill. This was supposed to be a FREE yearly inspection. Come on Prestons, you really need to get it together there!

We were looking at a vehicle there. Started the buying process but was asked to come back because they wanted to go home. Came back the next day was told it was someone’s birthday so they couldn’t help us that day either. They called me the next day about information on the paper and haven’t heard from them since. My husband has tried calling. The first time he got hang up on and now no one will answer the phone. Horrible Service!

I’ve bought all my cars at Preston and have been happy with their service. That is, until yesterday. Needed an inspection and tire rotation. Easy peasy, right? I left a vm for receptionist and service mgr asking when I could drop off and get ride home. No return call. Had friend drop me off. Then never got a call when car was done. Friend took me up at 5 pm and car had been done for some time. Still no call. The communication has gone downhill for sure.

I bought a 2017 tundra new from preston motors at 66,000 miles I found the water pump was leaking I called up to set up an appointment they said it would be 110.00 to diagnose I told him I know it’s the pump and he said if it is covered under warranty I would not have to pay.i said ok I did not want any work done on it because I can fix it myself and was not going to pay to have it fixed he. Called me the same day and said it is covered under the warranty. So they fixed it and when I picked it up he said I have a 250.00 dedu... read more

All service contracts (extended warranty) have 3 options for deductibles. $0.0, $100 & $250.00. Not very happy right now. New to me truck is already getting towed to new castle. All because Preston sold me a truck with a junk battery. I would avoid preston at all costs. Today was the 7th time that ive had to jump my truck. Ive only had the truck a week and ive had to jump it 7 times. Hope your "fix" fixes my problem
