Jason Warso was great, and very accommodating, as were all the employees I had the pleasure of working with.
The service team was great, they thought my Ram may need to be there for two days due to a large recall. They kept me in the loop the whole way in case I needed to pickup a rental they would provide. They fortunately got all the work done and gave it a wash before the end of the day.
Laura was easier to work with great communication. Preston had the truck I was looking for and the whole process was quick and painless.
Joe Warso contacted me in reference to buying or renting a vehicle. Joe did all the leg worked I asked and worked to make my purchasing of a 2021 Jeep Compass. Finance Manager Ravi Amina made the purchase through financing’s very easy and worked to get me an extended warranty I was looking for. Greatly appreciate all they did for me.

I took my Ram in for PA inspection and replacement of front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel since I bought the truck new at Preston, but Kelly is at a level of outstanding in her job.
