I didn’t have an appointment, but needed help quick. Stacy in Toyota service to the rescue!! She git me in without an appointment, and service was completed while I waited. Quick, efficient, courteous. Total satisfaction. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Thank you.
I took my Ram in for PA inspection and replacement of front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel since I bought the truck new at Preston, but Kelly is at a level of outstanding in her job. Service was easy and as planned. No issues as usual everything was done that I asked for and in good time
The service department does a great job. Especially Kelly!! Her customer service skills are tremendous, something that is hard to find today. I always appreciate how helpful she is and how well she communicates with me to let me know what is happening with my vehicle.
My engine light was on. After checking it they found out that it was my gas cap. They also drove care around to make sure the engine light did not come back on. This was done in a very good timely manner. The cost of this was extremely reasonable.
Kelly was awesome! She kept me informed throughout the process and was very personable. She even made sure my vehicles were washed before I picked them up!
