Just brought in my vehicle for a recall. They noticed my inspection was due next month and vehicle needed new air filter which I declined as the place the vehicle was bought at was already doing the inspection. When I brought my vehicle for inspection it indeed did need a new air filter. Also Preston washes your car which is a nice benefit.

I’ve been here twice since i moved back once for check engine light came on and a oil change and second time for a recall notice and tire rotation, I’m very pleased with both visits and I will continue to come back for all my services on my truck

The drop off was a little rocky as I was trying to explain the issue and the scheduler kept insisting on my VIN to check for recalls without listening to the actual issue. And despite changing service advisors due to an internal issue, I was kept up to date very well. Estimate from the technician for work required was complete within 2 hours and work was top notch for the past couple days I’ve been driving. They took care of my inspection and regular check-up promptly. Kelly then took me to the collision center, where I had an appointment. She walked back to the Preston Motors, which meant a lot to me. She is definitely the best person I have dealt with at the shop.
