Didn’t give me nearly what my jeep was worth (my fault, I should have walked). They Didn’t take anything off the vehicle I purchased and now the jeep is for sale on their website for over $7000 what they gave me for it. No perks if you buy a used vehicle like free inspections, car washes or oil changes, etc. We told them where we wanted our payment and we came to an agreement and total for loan and then they came back and said they made a mistake on their end and it was $3000 more.
Took my certified Preowned durango to find out what was wrong with it. They got the codes, tried to void the warranty and was going to charge me 850$ to fix it. I called Jim Shorkey in Wexford where I purchased and was told to bring it in and the warranty would cover it. So in summary, Preston charged me 120$ to tell me they wouldn’t use the warranty 👌🏼
Your customer service is horrible. Four months and still no tags. Nothing but excuses.

I bought a 2017 ram that year in November and also bought running boards with it of 800.00 a year and half they are cracked and peeling the Chrome off I have call them and ram company and both said no warranty on them I will never buy from you again or ram again

Matt Sellers was my salesperson. He helped me alot and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we were looking at.
They advertise a product on the internet, and can not answer a question about the unit, Very poor service. This is why dealerships have a bad name!!
If ur buying a vehicle you will have no problems but if you bring ur car in for service, bring a pillow blanket and change of clothes cause you will be here FOREVER!!
John was a good salesman but service that’s another thing brought my Ram back to be service twice and both times was put off to another day
