The staff at Preston Toyota (especially Dan) go above & beyond common courtesy to assure the satisfaction of their customers. In addition, a staff member came into the waiting & asked if there was anything he or anyone could do to make our wait time more comfortable. The waiting area is also very spacious & the big screen TV entertains us while waiting to make time go by quickly.

Car wash was HORRIBLE! Service was good but every time I get car washed it looks bad
