My recent experience with your service dept is the worst I’ve ever had with any dealership My wife’s 2013 135i was brought in because it shut down. It only has 49000 miles on it. Your dealership has wanted me to trade it in for a while. So when I brought it in your service dept accessed the remedies as a valve actuator @ $5100 ASSURING ME IT WOULD BE MUCH MORE THAN THAT in the end.
